As with all coaching, it creates solutions based on the collective IQ of the group, building on the combined experience of each member, and focusing on the “white spaces” in the organization chart. This “white space” thinking begins to show how communication really takes place and brings to light what are often destructive alliances rather than alliances that contribute to cooperation between members of the group. Finally, group coaching can be useful in helping to develop skills required in a changing or new work environment. |
